Should a place become available and be offered, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and collect any additional information required to complete the admissions process.

Parent / Carer Declaration

If your child is offered and you accept a place, additional information may be required for our records. We will also ask to see your child’s birth certificate and may request signed copies of relevant admissions documentation.

If you no longer require a place, please let us know as soon as possible. In accordance with our Privacy Notice, we will only retain personal information where necessary for admissions and record-keeping purposes.
